When are products shipped?
Products are processed within a 7-10 day period with a content video, or on the day of purchase without a content video. Please note that we do not offer postage on weekends or holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING TIME MAY VARY DEPENDING ON HOLIDAY PERIODS AND HIGH VOLUME ORDERS. Cherry Spice & Co will do our best to contact customers of any major postal delays.
Disclaimer for International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in the shipping cost.
You are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or import fees. If these charges are not paid within 3 days of notification, your order will be returned to us per UPS policy. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, which will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s).
Please understand that duties and import charges are separate from shipping fees. If your country requires them, they are an additional cost you are responsible for at or before delivery.
