Order Enquiries
We strive to create content and post all items within a 7 day period of each order. Once orders have been recorded all items will be posted. If customers do not want content created for their purchase items will be posted the same day of purchase.
Disclaimer for International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in the shipping cost.
You are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or import fees. If these charges are not paid within 3 days of notification, your order will be returned to us per UPS policy. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, which will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s).
Please understand that duties and import charges are separate from shipping fees. If your country requires them, they are an additional cost you are responsible for at or before delivery.
